Many of you have voiced concerns regarding the Harborwalk Amendment letter we received on July 5, 2018. A group of property owners has organized to consider whether legal action against the Developer is needed to:
- Protect the legal and property rights of residential property owners
- Protect the property values of residential property owners
The Harborwalk Property Owners’ Legal Fund (HPOLF) joint venture has been formed to manage resources and expenses associated with this effort and to retain the services of an attorney. All Residential Property Owners are invited to participate in the joint venture. To join you must be willing to sign a nondisclosure agreement and we ask for but do not require your financial contributions to the venture.
